Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, lawful materials, required access and timely decisions. Delays in content or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
Third-party services
Projects may depend on hosting, domains, messaging platforms, APIs, payment providers or other services. Their availability, pricing and policies are controlled by those providers.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, source files, third-party assets and reusable components should be specified in the project agreement.
