Effective: 22 July 2026
1. Information you provide
The project brief asks for your name, business, phone number, requirements, budget range, timeline, and preferred follow-up method. After server-side validation, this information is returned to your browser as a prefilled WhatsApp link. You decide whether to send it.
2. How information is used
The brief is used only to prepare your NEXTAP project conversation, prevent abuse, and respond after you send the message through WhatsApp. Names, phone numbers, and project descriptions are not sent to analytics.
3. Form processing and storage
The current website does not save project briefs in a database or deliver them by email. The Vercel Function processes the request transiently to validate its fields, apply abuse controls, and generate the WhatsApp URL.
4. Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and processes requests needed to deliver it. WhatsApp processes any message you choose to send under its own terms and privacy policy. Optional analytics providers process limited technical usage data only when enabled.
5. Security and retention
We use encrypted transport, strict validation, request limits, a honeypot, security headers, and data minimization. Serverless platform logs may retain limited technical request information according to the hosting provider's settings, but the application does not deliberately log form contents.
6. Your choices
You can leave the form at any time without sending the generated WhatsApp message. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection for information contained in conversations already sent.
7. Session storage and analytics
Session storage remembers that the opening sequence has played. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may be enabled for aggregated performance measurement. Optional Google or Meta tools should only be activated with legally appropriate consent controls.
8. Contact
For privacy questions, contact NEXTAP through the project page.
